Six product families engineered for the world's most demanding joints. Expand any family for the technical detail — materials, sizes, finishes and the industries where it performs.
High-strength aluminum alloy bolts
Cold-headed aluminum bolts — including our flagship ZT68 series — deliver steel-level strength at up to 65% lower weight. Because their electrochemical potential matches magnesium and aluminum substrates, they eliminate galvanic corrosion without washers or isolation coatings, and their matched thermal expansion keeps joints tight under heat.
- ZT68: tensile ≥ 615 MPa · yield ≥ 490 MPa · elongation ≥ 8%
- Stable to 150 °C, 12 h endurance at ≥ 600 MPa
- Integral flange (bolt + washer in one) — fewer parts, less inventory
- Short 1.3–1.5d engagement enables thinner, lighter housings
Aluminum bolts are alloy-grade choices matched to the joint's strength and corrosion demands.

Cutting-tool screws
The screw that decides tool performance. Our cutting-tool screws clamp carbide inserts firmly in CNC tool holders with a patented groove geometry that seats the driver deeper and transfers torque more evenly — so inserts stay locked under heavy interrupted cuts.
- Patented groove design ensures stable, repeatable drive
- Special X surface treatment prevents cold welding & galling
- Premium SCM435 alloy steel, Grade 12.9 high-strength
- Licensed TORX® / TORX PLUS® manufacturer
- SCM435 alloy steel, quenched & tempered to Grade 12.9 (HV 28–37 equivalent hardness range available)
- X surface treatment — hardened, anti-adhesion finish that prevents screw-to-driver cold welding
- Stainless steel versions for corrosive or clean environments
| Thread | Drive | Head type | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| M1.6 – M2.5 | TORX PLUS® 5IP – 8IP | Flat countersunk | Micro turning & milling inserts |
| M2.5 – M4 | TORX PLUS® 10IP – 20IP | Flat / cone / socket | Indexable milling, turning, drilling |
| M4 – M6 | TORX PLUS® 25IP – 40IP | Socket / flange | Heavy machining, grooving, threading |
- CNC milling, turning, boring and drilling tooling
- Carbide insert clamping for automotive, aerospace & general machining
- Toolholder brands and cutting-tool OEMs worldwide
Blind rivet nuts & rivet bolts
Permanently install a strong threaded point in thin sheet metal, profiles, composites or plastic — from one side, in about three seconds. Ideal where the rear side is inaccessible, and engineered with anti-loosening features where vibration is the enemy.
- Single-sided, blind installation in ~3 seconds
- Creates strong threads in thin or soft materials
- Stabilized rivet-bolt & anti-loosening designs patented
- No access hole on the blind side, no tapping
- Carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum bodies to suit substrate & environment
- Zinc, zinc-nickel (up to 480 h red-rust), passivation and dry-film lubricant options
- Knurled, hex and round body forms for pull-out resistance in different materials
| Type | Thread | Grip range | Head form |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rivet nut (internal thread) | M3 – M12 | 0.5 – 6 mm sheet | Flat, countersunk, flange |

Thread inserts, wire inserts & bushings
When soft metal or repeated service destroys threads, inserts restore and even improve them. Wire-thread inserts create stronger internal threads than direct tapping, while threaded bushings repair damaged holes, convert thread standards, and add reusable, wear-resistant threads to aluminum and magnesium.
- Wire inserts from high-strength stainless wire
- Repair, size conversion & thread-standard change in soft metals
- Repeat disassembly without damaging the base material
- Anti-loosening versions with friction coatings for vibration
| Type | Function | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Wire-thread insert | Free-running / locking internal thread | Aluminum, magnesium, plastics — strength & wear |
| Threaded bushing (nest) | Repair & thread-standard conversion | Damaged soft-metal holes, M4 – M20 |
| Insert with coating | Anti-loosening under vibration | Motors, machinery, aerospace-adjacent joints |
- Repairing stripped threads in die-cast housings on the production line
- Converting metric / inch threads without replacing components
