Attach the drawing in STEP, PDF or DWG with material and annual volume. Our engineers reply with a forming-feasibility read, not just a quote.
For samples & pilots
Reference the part name or code, target quantity and sample date. Simple geometries can be sampled in about a day when tooling is in-house.
For audits & quality docs
Request certificates, PPAP status or our audit pack. Include your supplier code if you have one — we can align to your portal requirements.

Yes — this is where we add the most value. Our engineers join your design reviews, challenge the drive type and geometry, and convert expensive machined parts into cold-headed ones. We routinely cut unit cost 20–60% at the design stage.
When every process is in-house, a straightforward cold-headed part can be sampled in about one day from an approved drawing. Programs needing outsourced steps — exotic coatings, special plating — typically take up to one week.
It depends on the part. We support the full journey — samples, pilot runs, then volume — so MOQs are set with your program stage in mind, not a fixed threshold that blocks startups. Tell us your ramp plan and we will structure it together.
Our plant operates under ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IECQ QC 080000 management systems, and we manufacture TORX®/TORX PLUS® drives under license. PPAP Level 3 documentation is available on request. See our Quality page for details.
Every shipment leaves with a Certificate of Conformance, and material certificates are traceable to the heat number. Critical batches carry hardness, tensile and coating test data from our in-house laboratory — retained samples are archived per lot.
From Cikarang we serve Indonesia and the wider ASEAN region with short lead times, and we export worldwide through Jakarta's ports — backed by the group's existing logistics lanes into Asia, Europe and the Americas.
