Our parent group was founded in 2003 around a single conviction: when metal is formed cold, grain flow follows the shape — and strength follows the grain. That conviction grew into four plants and more than 26 patents across alloy development, cold-heading processes and automated assembly.
PT Toprecision Fastening Indonesia brings that entire playbook to Cikarang, West Java: high-strength aluminum bolts, micro screws, cutting-tool screws, rivet nuts, thread inserts and engineered custom parts — made under the same management systems, the same metallurgical discipline and the same obsessive tolerance control as every other group plant.

The first cold header
The group is founded around a single machine and a stubborn idea: form metal cold, keep the grain flow continuous, and the fastener will carry strength no machining can restore.
Scale, alloys and patents
The group grows to four plants and begins pushing material science — developing proprietary aluminum alloys such as ZT68 7xxx ultra-high-strength, while filing more than 26 patents on forming processes and automated assembly equipment.
Licensed TORX® manufacturing
The group becomes a licensed manufacturer of TORX® and TORX PLUS® drive systems — official geometry, official tooling, no grey-market shortcuts — unlocking cutting-tool and safety-critical fastener programs.
