Precision fasteners engineered in Indonesia, serving industries worldwide

Fasteners measured in microns,
built for millions of cycles.

Micro fasteners from M0.5, manufactured to micron-level tolerances for electronics that demand high strength, anti-vibration security, and materials that stay out of the signal path.

Strength and stability where space ends

In a phone hinge, a camera gimbal or a hearable, there is no room for a loose thread — and no tolerance for a magnetic screw near a sensor. Our micro line is engineered around those two constraints: geometry held to micron level, and materials chosen so the fastener never interferes with the electronics around it.

  • Sizes from M0.5, lengths down to ~1 mm
  • Non-magnetic grades for sensors, cameras and RF modules
  • Stable drive seating — engineered for torque & angle assembly
  • 100% dimensional & drive inspection by CCD optical sorting

Small joints, high stakes

Smartphones & tablets

Mid-frame and hinge fastening in foldable and standard devices.

Wearables & hearables

Smart glasses, earbuds, watches — tiny, secure, non-magnetic.

Camera modules

Gimbal, actuator and lens-barrel retention with stable seating.

Every micro screw is 100% CCD-inspected for thread form, head geometry and drive depth — a defect at this scale cannot be seen by the naked eye, so we don't rely on it.

FAQ

Micro screw questions we hear most

Threads start at M0.5 with lengths down to roughly 0.8–1 mm. The practical limit is set by the drive and head geometry your assembly line can feed reliably — we'll advise on the smallest robust design for your process.

Ferromagnetic steel near magnetometers, speakers, camera OIS actuators or RF components distorts readings and tuning. Austenitic 303/316 stays non-magnetic through cold heading when the process is controlled — which is part of our standard capability.

Every part passes CCD optical sorting that checks thread form, head geometry and drive depth, backed by our in-house metallographic and hardness labs. We also control magnetic permeability for non-magnetic programs. See the Quality page for the full system.
