Frequently asked questions.
Straight answers on MOQ, lead times, custom orders, certifications, samples, payment, shipping, traceability and quoting — from the people who run the plant.
For catalog-standard fasteners we can start from small trial lots, while full production pricing usually kicks in at 5,000–10,000 pieces per part depending on size. For custom and cold-headed parts, MOQ is set jointly with you after the DFM review — we are happy to agree a ramp-up volume rather than force a single large batch.
Prototype samples are typically 1–5 working days. Tooling for a new custom part usually takes 3–4 weeks, and first-off production 1–2 weeks after tool approval. Repeat orders are normally shipped in 2–4 weeks. Urgent needs are welcome — tell us your deadline and we will find a way.
You send the drawing (PDF or STEP) and annual volume. Our engineers return a DFM review, material and surface recommendation and a quote within one working day. After approval we build soft-tool or CNC prototypes for your validation, then cut production tooling and run first-off with an inspection report. PPAP/PSW is available on request.
Our plant operates under IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, with IECQ QC 080000 process management. Finishes are RoHS and REACH compliant. Certificates, material mill certificates and test reports can be supplied with every batch.
Yes. We offer prototype and reference samples for most families. Sample cost and freight are quoted up front; for qualified programs the sample charge is often credited against the first production order. Tell us the part and the application and we will ship what best proves the joint.
Standard terms are T/T 30% deposit with balance against copy of documents, or L/C at sight for larger orders. New customers typically start with an order in advance; long-term programs move to agreed credit terms. All prices can be quoted in USD.
We ship worldwide by sea, air or express courier from Indonesia and China. Common terms are FOB, CIF or DAP — confirm your preferred Incoterms with your sales contact. We can handle export packing, palletising and commercial documentation to make customs clearance smooth.
Every production batch is tied to mill certificates, lot numbers and inspection records that follow the goods. Our in-house laboratory can run tensile, hardness, metallographic and dimensional checks, and full batch traceability is part of the IATF 16949 system.
Standard options include zinc plating, zinc-flake coating, passivation, anodizing for aluminum, black oxide and dry-film lubricants, with controlled friction coatings for torque-angle assembly. All finishes are RoHS/REACH compliant and verified in-house for salt spray and thickness.
