At our plant in the Jababeka industrial estate, Cikarang, we combine global cold-heading technology with local manufacturing agility. From micro screws smaller than a grain of rice to M27 structural bolts, we produce fasteners the world relies on — with the responsiveness ASEAN manufacturers need.
We control the entire chain under one roof: tool & die making, cold heading, heat treatment, thread rolling, surface finishing and automated optical inspection. That integration is how we guarantee precision — batch after batch, year after year.

The ZT68 aluminum alloy bolt.
Bolts are the hidden weight in every electric drivetrain. ZT68 is a cold-headed, 7-series high-strength aluminum alloy bolt that matches 6.8-grade steel performance at up to 65% lower weight — and eliminates galvanic corrosion against magnesium and aluminum housings without extra coatings or insulating washers.
