Sealed shut.
Until you open it.
An enclosure that breathes water fails in the field. Sealing screws combine the fastener and the seal into one part that holds IP67/IP68 without adding gaskets.
One part does the fastening and the sealing
A standard screw cuts right through the gasket. A sealing screw carries an integrated O-ring under a controlled head, compressing the elastomer against the panel as it torques down. The result is a repeatable, serviceable seal on housings, sensors and battery packs that must survive wash-down, immersion and humidity.
- Integral O-ring sealing screws in steel and stainless
- IP67/IP68-capable joints for enclosures and electronics housings
- Battery-pack sealing that keeps moisture out of cells and BMS
- Controlled seating depth and torque for a repeatable seal every cycle

Sealing questions we hear most
An elastomer O-ring sits in a gland under the head; the controlled head depth compresses it as the screw torques, sealing against the panel. The gasket and fastener are one motion.
Yes, with the right gland depth, elastomer material and panel flatness. We test assemblies to confirm the rating before you commit the tool.
Generally yes for several cycles with O-ring inspection and replacement. We specify the torque so repeated opening does not crush the seal.
Building an enclosure that must not leak?
Send the IP target, housing material and opening cycle count - we will propose the sealing screw or sealed sleeve for it.
