Hold every trace.
Disturb nothing.
A printed circuit board cannot tolerate a magnetic ferrule, a swarf chip or a screw that tips over on the SMT line. PCB fastening is micro, clean and repeatable to the part.
Fastening that survives reflow and the next ten years
Boards arrive populated, dense and vibration-sensitive. The fastener has to locate the board without cracking the laminate, carry a reliable ground path, and run in automatic insertion equipment without jams. We supply cold-headed micro screws, brass and stainless standoffs, and grounding fasteners with controlled head geometry and rolled threads for consistent torque-to-true.
- M0.5-M3 micro screws and threaded standoffs for board-to-spacer stacking
- Non-magnetic brass and stainless options for RF and sensing circuits
- Grounding fasteners with serrated or knurled faces for low-impedance bonding
- Tight head-height and under-head-radius control for SMT and insertion automation
Boards we fasten for
HPC & server boards
Micro screws and standoffs holding dense compute and memory modules in tight enclosures.
Consumer & wearables
Sub-M2 fasteners for the smallest portable electronics, where size and surface matter.
Power & control boards
Grounding and mounting screws that carry current and keep the board flat under load.

Micro precision screws
M0.5-M2.0 precision screws built for boards and miniature modules.

Yes. We offer brass and austenitic stainless options that avoid the magnetic signatures that interfere with high-frequency circuits, and we can certify material on request.
We control head height, thread lead-in and surface finish to feeder-friendly tolerances, and run samples through your insertion tooling before volume release.
We reliably run M0.5 and M0.6 in high volumes with rolled threads and 100% CCD inspection, so diameter and head dimensions stay inside tight limits.
