Clamp that does not
walk itself off.
Vibration does not care how tight you started. Anti-loosening fasteners keep a designed preload on a joint that sees shock, cyclic load and no technician.
Stop the joint, not the thread
Loosening starts when contact faces slip under vibration. We attack it with geometry and materials: prevailing-torque threads that add controlled drag, pre-applied patch locking, wedge-style double-nut principles and tension-optimized head seating. The result is a joint that holds preload without needing a re-torque visit.
- Prevailing-torque screws with controlled breakaway and installation torque
- Pre-applied patch-lock and nylon-patch threads for repeated service
- Wedge-locking and serrated designs for shock and vibration
- Joint review: preload, friction coefficient and clamp loss, not guesswork

Preload first - a correctly tensioned bolt does not loosen. Then geometry: prevailing torque, patch locking or wedge designs add friction where slip starts. We design the whole joint, not just the screw.
Pre-applied patch locking typically survives several service cycles before performance drops, which is enough for most maintenance schedules. For permanent locking we favor geometric designs.
Yes. We can run vibration and torque-loss testing against your spec and share data so your design case starts from measured behavior.
Got a joint that keeps backing off?
Send the joint drawing, load and vibration profile - we will propose the locking strategy and fastener to hold preload.
